Training Officer - Creative Support Ltd : Job Details

As a qualified trainer with a passion for health and social care, join our dynamic staff development team at our vibrant Stockport Head Office. We are seeking an individual with extensive knowledge and experience in health and social care provision in addition to management theory to develop and deliver impactful training to our enthusiastic staff teams

In this central role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning, the Training Manager and other key personnel to design and implement employee learning and development programmes. Your work will ensure that our staff receive the highest standard of skills enhancement opportunities including Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.

As part of a fast-paced team, and as a self-directed practitioner, you will lead initiatives to inspire and develop the national health and social care workforce. Join us and make a significant impact on the knowledge and skills of our team, and ultimately, on the lives of our service users.
