Training Specialist - Major Domestic Appliances - g2 Field Marketing : Job Details

We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our expanding team supporting one of our global Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) leaders in technology.

g2 are recruiting for a MDA trainer to work closely with the Training Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the MDA training strategy. Creating impactful and engaging training content and delivery for all UK retailers

Your Package

• £38,000 per annum, plus 10% performance Bonus

• Company car / Car allowance

• Full time (Mon - Fri, with occasional weekends when required)

• Permanent contract

Your role

• Create engaging training content, both classroom style and utilising other creative methods

• Attend promotional events. roadshows and meetings

• Deliver product training along with and soft skills training across various platforms , both face to face and virtual

• Ensure your own brand and product knowledge is kept up to date by attending virtual and in-person training at the client head office

• Create training content for both internal and external Learning Management Systems

• Review training impact for future events and optimum effect

You will be

This role would be great for you if you:

• Can display excellent communication skills

• Ideally exposure to training within the technology sector, but not essential.

• Are able to create and deliver engaging training content

• Enjoy working independently but also able to attend the clients Head Office (Leeds) on a weekly basis.

• Have a full UK driving licence
