Transactional Manager - KennedyPearce Consulting : Job Details

KennedyPearce are hiring a Transactional Finance Manager for a Tech business based in West London. This is a contract role for 3-6 months with potential to go permanent. This role will be 4 days week in the office. The Transactional function is responsible for overseeing and processing all aspects of the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control, ensuring that transactions are handled to a high standard and within agreed timelines, such as month-end closure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing reporting tasks, including aged debtor and creditor reports, and account reconciliations.
• Reviewing cash and bank reconciliations in alignment with the balance sheet.
• Cultivating strong relationships with key business partners, customers, and suppliers.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for transactional audit requests and queries.
• Ensuring timely completion of HMRC reporting requirements, such as Intrastat and other relevant areas.
• Supporting senior management with ad-hoc and special projects as needed.
• Leading the transactional team in implementing new accounting systems and IT system integrations.
• Introducing and enforcing finance policies related to accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash accounting.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent communicator who can work with a high volume of transactions which are often complex.
• Strong team leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience with NetSuite accounting software.
