Description

The key responsibilities of a Transactions Associate - Order To Cash will include:

* Allocating customer payments* Review and manage customers aged debt and chase customers for outstanding debt* Perform credit checks via credit reference agencies* Manage credit blocked orders* Prepare documentation for monthly controls and audit requirements.* Follow processes efficiently and effectively in line with the Group Credit Policy. * Manage incoming requests through and schedules activities appropriately.* Meet customer needs - Understand the importance of identifying and meeting the needs of external and internal customers, making sure issues are escalated timely.

Profile

A successful Transactions Associate - Order to Cash should have:

  • Previous SSC/OTC experience required, especially in Credit control and Accounts receivables.
  • Experience with overseas collections - desirably Germany
  • Proficient in accounting software ideally SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes professionally.
