About the RolePro-Tax is partnering with a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm to find a Transfer Pricing Director for their expanding Corporate and Business Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the TP function, lead a team, and drive business development.

As part of a global network, this role offers international collaboration opportunities, enhancing the firm's global presence and cross-border client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Transfer Pricing team, providing strategic guidance and mentorship.

• Oversee TP documentation, including master files, local files, and benchmarking studies.

• Advise clients on intercompany pricing, TP risk, and compliance with OECD and local tax laws.

• Represent clients in TP audits and disputes.

• Collaborate with Corporate Tax, VAT, and M&A teams to identify cross-service opportunities.

• Drive business development, identify new TP opportunities, and participate in pitches.

• Stay ahead of global TP regulatory changes, ensuring clients receive informed advice.

• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive Transfer Pricing experience within a professional services firm or multinational corporation.

• Strong technical knowledge of TP principles, OECD guidelines, and local tax regulations.

• Experience in TP documentation, benchmarking, and intercompany pricing arrangements.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.

• Exceptional client management and business development skills.

• A relevant degree (Law, Economics, Accounting) or professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ADIT).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
