I have a few vacancies for pragmatic, enthusiastic, analytically minded professionals within business change to join our financial services client on a large-scale transformation as they migrate old systems to newer versions.

You will play an integral role in integral role in driving an exciting transformation program that impacts our Customer Operations teams. Partnering closely with these teams, you'll assess the impact of change and collaborate with various delivery teams across the business to achieve the best results for both customers and colleagues.

For this role you should have:

• Extensive experience on large scale change transformation projects
• Project scoping, documentation, governance knowledge
• Financial services experience is highly advantageous with Life & Pension preferred but open to other sectors.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of advising senior management.
• Background in either PMO Analysis/Change Analysis/Change Manager/Business Analysis
• Business readiness experience is highly advantageous
