Transformation Consultant - Middle East Locations

The key responsibility in this job will be to lead large scale, enterprise wide CLM implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scoping, design, development and implementation activities across projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working on similar engagements, preparing business requirement documents, process mapping, and understanding industry best practices.
You should be able to work with multiple client stakeholders and technology partners.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with some of the more commonly used legal technologies such as Sirion, ICERTIS, Agiloft, Ironclad, TAP (Mitratech), Kira and Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate or others. Whichever tools this individual may have used previously, a continuing motivation to find and explore new use cases and desire to continue building their knowledge of new technologies will be a requirement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within the legal services market and knowledge of the provision of legal services either within a law firm environment or within an in-house capacity
- Good understanding of legal tech tools such as contract lifecycle management, document automation, expert logic systems and machine learning/AI
- Experience in project management techniques (g. lean six sigma or agile) and process mapping
- Effective personal organisational and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities workloads across a range of ongoing projects
Main Duties:
- Working directly with clients to support the provision of legal consultancy advice and to design and implement transformation solutions
- Conducting and documenting process mapping exercises, both to confirm the current state of a client's legal operations and to suggest improvements
- Conducting needs analysis and suggesting solutions to client problems and advising on questions of functionality and capability of common legal tech tools
- Designing implementation plans and advising clients on how best to manage operational and technology change within their organisation
- Project managing consultancy advice support provided by colleagues as subject matter experts including legal technologists, lawyers, consultants and other stakeholders
- Project managing the implementation of operational and technology change projects on behalf of clients
- Assisting with the creation and provision of training guides and procedures for users to use legal tech tools within an operational delivery context
- Actively promoting the provision of legal operations and technology consultancy services to clients through demonstrations and the creation of promotional materials and case studies.
