The OpportunityNigel Wright have partnered with a well known financial services organisation who are looking for a Transformation Director to play a key role in shaping their future and driving their success. The appointed candidate will be the face of the transformation, providing vision and strategic leadership for change transformation as well as the execution of the transformation. The change will be across the whole organisation with a lot of technology driven change. There will be travel across the North of England expected with this role.
The Role - Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and optimise business processes
- Provide vision and strategic leadership for change transformation across the organisation, establishing principles, standards and frameworks within an evolving change and transformation function
- Lead the change transformation function, collaborating with other teams and drive initiatives which foster growth and innovation
- Drive co-ordination, ensuring that transformation initiatives are well executed, strategically aligned and achieve transformation goals.
- Develop, implement and embed an enterprise change framework that allows the management and implementation of change initiatives with minimal disruption and maximising stakeholder engagement
Skills and Experience Requirements: - Proven leadership experience of Transformational business and Technology change across the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of the UK financial services sector
- Strategic thinker, capable of adopting a broader view in change transformation delivery with an ability to align short term goals with long term objectives
- Strong problem solver
