You'll develop and manage a comprehensive transition plan, coordinate activities, and ensure all stakeholders are ready for the go-live in February 2027.Key Responsibilities: Transition Responsibilities: · Transition Planning: Create a detailed cutover and transition plan outlining activities, timelines, and responsibilities.· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the transition.· Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of transition activities to governance forums.· Exit Planning: Execute steps to conclude programme-led activities and handover to enduring teams.Cutover Responsibilities: · Cutover Runbook: Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover runbook with step-by-step procedures for go-live.· Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to ensure readiness for the cutover.· Testing and Validation: Oversee testing of the cutover runbook, ensuring all issues are resolved pre-go-live.· Post-Cutover Support: Establish a support approach for quick stabilisation post-go-live.What We're Looking For: · Hands-on experience with transition and cutover in mixed discipline programmes, ideally within the Financial or Energy sectors.· Familiarity with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environments is a plus.· Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Success Factors: · Timely completion of all transition plan components.· Seamless transition with minimal operational disruption.· Preparedness of all stakeholders for the new system.· A robust cutover runbook backed by thorough testing.If you're passionate about making a difference in the utilities sector and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!Ready to take the next step?
