Transition Support Worker Pay rate up to £19.99 per hourThe Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Transition Support Worker to join a Staying Close Project in Tameside Council.Tameside Children’s Services are seeking to recruit committed Transition Support Workers to join our team as part of the Staying Close project.  Staying Close is a pilot service offer to children who have left care and who have previously lived in children’s homes, designed to offer them practical, employment, emotional and social help in their lives as they exit care.The aim of the programme is to ensure that each young person is equipped with skills to be able to live a successful and positive life, once they move into their own home.
