As a transport/office administrator, your main duties will be to work alongside the transport manager and complete administration tasks as required:
- Adding new jobs to the system
- Collating all relevant paperwork and documentation
- Communicating with drivers and clients
- Providing support in the yard as required by operations
- General office Admin duties
What you’ll need:
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT Skills, in particular MS Office
- Experience working within transport, logistics or industrial environment would be advantageous
What you’ll get:
- A basic salary of up to £25,000
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
