As a transport/office administrator, your main duties will be to work alongside the transport manager and complete administration tasks as required:
  • Adding new jobs to the system
  • Collating all relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Communicating with drivers and clients
  • Providing support in the yard as required by operations
  • General office Admin duties
What you’ll need:
  • Previous admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong IT Skills, in particular MS Office
  • Experience working within transport, logistics or industrial environment would be advantageous 
What you’ll get:
  • A basic salary of up to £25,000
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
  • The opportunity to upskill and develop

Salary : 23000 - 25000
