In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our transport services.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the transport team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Coordinate Driver schedules and maintain accurate records of routes and deliveries.
• Manage communications with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to transport and deliveries.
• Process transport-related paperwork, including delivery notes, invoices, and timesheets.
• Assist in tracking fleet movements and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Prepare reports and assist with data entry for transport and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
