Day-to-day of the role:
- Liaise with both individual customers and large contractors, handling new and existing relationships.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to email enquiries regarding equipment hire.
- Ensure timely delivery by managing order timescales effectively.
- Utilise a bespoke system to generate and manage orders accurately.
- Handle payment transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with data systems is ideal.
- Organised, reliable, and conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good timekeeping skills.
