Description

The Transport Manager will be responsible for;

• Oversee and manage all transport operations within the company
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve transport services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and legislation
• Lead and manage the logistics team, promoting a positive work environment
• Continuously review processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Handle any transport-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Promote and enforce safety standards within the transport department

Profile

A successful Transport Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
• Excellent knowledge of transport regulations and legislation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
