Transport Planner- Freight/ Logistics - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

My clients a large logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking experienced Transport Planner to join their busy team!

Duties would include:

• Arranging collections and deliveries
• Tracking movements of goods
• Route planning
• To ensure compliance with transport regulations and standards
• Preparing reports and maintaining transport records
• Liaising with transport and operations
• Resolving any issues from clients
• General admin

Skills required:

• Previous freight/ logistics/ transport experience
• 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible with regards to shift work
• PC literate

Various shifts available:

• Monday- Friday days/ nights 50hr weeks
• Tuesday- Saturday days/ nights 50hr weeks
• 4 on 4 off- days & nights
