What you'll do:
As a Transport Planner at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in managing daily weighbridge operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, supporting logistical functions, managing third-party sales and contributing to the seamless running of the depot. You will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicles entering and exiting the depot. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to good use as you monitor the weighing process and manage administrative tasks.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Transport Planner role will bring proven experience in logistics or weighbridge operations. You will have strong administrative skills including proficiency in Weighsoft or similar software. Your knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards will be essential in this role.
