Travel and Tourism Lecturer Position in Norfolk

Reed Further Education is excited to offer a fantastic teaching opportunity within the Travel and Tourism department at a prominent educational institution in Norfolk. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Travel and Tourism courses. The ability to teach Level 1, as well as Level 2 Aviation & Cabin Crew courses, is highly desirable.

Location: NorfolkStart Date: 10th March 2025End Date: 2nd May 2025Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays (Full Day), potential Tuesdays for additional courses

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Travel and Tourism for Level 2 and Level 3 courses.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and success.
  • Prepare students for careers in travel, tourism, and related fields through dynamic instruction and real-world insights.
  • Possibility of extending teaching to Level 1 courses and Level 2 Aviation & Cabin Crew courses based on experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Travel and Tourism or a closely related field.
  • Proven teaching experience in Travel and Tourism.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A passion for education and the development of students.
  • An assessor's award and experience in delivering assessments are desirable.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service
