As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of building their dream trip. Using your in-depth knowledge of destinations and luxury travel products, you will tailor bespoke packages to meet each customer’s individual requirements. Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring that all aspects of their booking are handled seamlessly, from itinerary creation to booking confirmation.

Key Duties:

  • Build rapport with customers to help understand their needs and respond to any enquiries
  • Tailor packages for each customer, using product knowledge to upsell
  • Create quotes and follow up on outstanding enquiries
  • Ensure customers are aware of prices, terms and conditions
  • Making sure all details are accurate and information on pricing, dietary and mobility needs are correct
  • Ensuring customers have full understanding of their packages and all goods and services have been thoroughly explained
  • Double checking reservations and charges to ensure accuracy

What you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous experience within a sales role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong admin skills and knowled
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience within the travel industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis (1 in 3)
  • Passionate with a drive to achieve KPIs and Sales Bonus

This role is an office based position working Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis. Due to the location of the office and occasional need for travel within the role, access to your own vehicle is essential .
