Travel Marketing and Administration Executive
Base Salary to £30,000 + Benefits
Hybrid - Bristol
Our client is a leading travel representation company who work in partnership and promote DMC’s from the Latin America region.
This is a newly created role working alongside the Managing Director to promote Latin Americas partners, taking responsibility for the business administration and assisting with marketing and event management.
Candidates for this role must have previous experience within the travel industry within either a marketing or administration role with knowledge of Latin America being an advantage.
This is role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days per week based in their office in Bristol.
Travel Marketing and Administration Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with digital communications - Newsletters, E-shots, LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook
Assisting with maximising the use of our Salesforce CRM
Assisting the Managing Director with sales call plans, and establishing and maintaining business relationships
Planning and administration for key annual events
Assisting with website content creation and web updates using WordPress
·Updating & creating branded assets when required using Canva
Travel Marketing and Administration Executive Experience Required:
Previous experience working in an administrative position within the travel industry
CRM experience
Ability to schedule social media posts
Email marketing experience working with MailChimp or similar
Proactive and self-motivated team player with good attention to detail
Highly organised and a team player
Experience and knowledge of Latin American travel is a plus
