Travel Sales Advisor: A well established Tour Operator are recruiting sales Advisors to join their team, keen for people with previous call centre experience. Office based in Swindon, paying up to £25K + comm OTE £45K.Travel Sales Advisor, Responsibilities: 

• Taking inbound sales calls and understanding customer needs, build rapport and offer advise and holiday solutions
• Meeting, or exceeding, company KPI's relating to conversion rate, Margins, data capture and call handling. 

Travel Sales Advisor, Skills Required:

• Travel industry experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
• Must have experience in a sales enviroment, call centre ideally or alternatively someone highly motivated by sales and is result orrientated.
• Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KIP's
• Excellent communication and listening skills

Additional Information:

• Paying up to £25K + comm OTE £45K in first year
• Office based in Swindon
• Full training provided
• Working hours between 09.00 - 20.00 Mon - Sunday on a shift rota working 3 out of 4 weekends
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
