Are you an experienced fundraiser who wants to make a real difference?
At CrossReach, we’ve been delivering care and support across Scotland for over 150 years. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in securing funding that helps us continue supporting people when they need it most.
We’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to develop and manage funding relationships with charitable trusts, foundations, and special project grants. You’ll use your skills to write compelling funding proposals, identify new opportunities, and lead on multi-year funding applications.
What you’ll do: Research, write, and submit high-quality funding applications. Build and maintain relationships with funders, ensuring long-term support. Work closely with service managers to identify fundable projects. Manage and support a Research Officer. Track and report on income, ensuring financial sustainability. Highlight the impact of CrossReach’s work and contribute to our fundraising strategy.
What you’ll bring: Experience in fundraising from trusts, foundations, or grant-making bodies. A track record of securing six-figure, multi-year grants. Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling funding proposals. Experience managing relationships with funders and internal colleagues. Proficiency in fundraising CRMs (such as Raisers Edge) and financial reporting. A team-focused approach, with an eye for detail and a strategic mindset. The ability to work in line with CrossReach’s values and ethos.
What we offer: The opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation making a tangible difference. The chance to lead on meaningful, high-impact funding opportunities. A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for learning and development.
If you’re an experienced fundraiser with a talent for securing major funding and building strong relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews will be held on 24th March 2025.
