We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor/Coach/Assessor/IQA to deliver qualifications inAdult Care Levels 2, 3, and 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching, coaching, and assessment for learners in Adult Care Levels 2, 3, and 5.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess and monitor learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their achievement.
  • Verify and quality assure learners’ work to ensure compliance with awarding body standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reviews, and IQA activities.
  • Support learners to meet their educational and professional goals through individualized coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Assessor Qualification (e.g., A1, D32/D33, or TAQA Level 3).
  • Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
  • IQA Qualification (e.g., V1 or Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance).
  • Experience teaching in a college or training centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Adult Care qualifications and related standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and e-learning platforms to enhance the learning experience.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working with diverse learner groups, including apprentices.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
