What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in underwriting, ideally within Social Welfare/Care risks, although experience in commercial insurance will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills to build and nurture broker relationships.
  • Proven ability to secure renewals while maintaining underwriting discipline.
  • Enthusiasm for professional development, with CII qualifications (or a willingness to study).
  • Proficiency with broker e-trading platforms and MS Office.
