Underwriting Assistant - Arthur : Job Details

An exciting opportunity to join a Global Insurer as an Underwriting Assistant in their Aviation team. In this role, you will assist the underwriters by managing all administrative tasks, ensuring that risks and updates provided by the underwriters are accurately and promptly recorded.Key Responsibilities:· Create and update documentation for processing submissions and policies.· Work with underwriters to ensure all necessary information is included.· Submit completed documents to offshore partners.· Respond to queries from offshore partners and quality control team. · File documents according to team structure.· Track performance against SLAs and KPIs.· Address data quality issues and take corrective action.While some insurance experience would be advantageous, we are open to considering candidates with prior office experience.This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team, with assistance for CII studies offered to help you develop within the role and advance in the company.
