Position: Unix System AdministratorLocation: Warwick - 3 days onsite per weekDay Rate: £500 p.d inside IR35

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with experience in systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. The role involves liaising with stakeholders and providing 2nd/3rd line technical support.

Required Skills:

• UNIX/AIX, VMWare, and Linux
• Help desk systems and managing service requests/incidents/problems
• Meeting SLAs and OLAs
• Attention to detail and build standards
• Organisational and communication skills
• Technical troubleshooting
• Proactive and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
• Document support activities
