Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Liverpool to work on a long-term basis. You will be working in a Year 7 class. 

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

 What You’ll Be Doing in the Role: 

• Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students

• Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

• Assist the teacher with classroom management and ensuring students stay on task

Essential Qualifications: 

•  Must have recent and relevant experience in an education/youth work/community/sport/creative/social care/tutor background

•  Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
