Role

They are seeking a talented and passionate UX Engineer to join their team focused on AI/ML products, primarily the flagship SaaS suite. As a UX Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering user-centric, innovative technical UX while working within an agile delivery framework. If you are a proactive and ambitious UX Engineer with a passion for AI/ML and a knack for delivering exceptional user experiences, they would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Design and implement user experiences for AI/ML-based products. Develop and enhance product features that align with user needs and business goals. Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure a seamless user experience. Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Innovative Design: Advocate for innovative design principles and best practices in UX across their organization. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to guide UX decisions.

Technical Execution: Build scalable and maintainable UI components using tools and technologies such as TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. Optimize user interfaces for performance and accessibility. Ensure adherence to security and data protection best practices.

Required

Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating AI/ML functionalities. Familiarity with modern software development practices including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), and containerization tools (Docker).

Agile Methodology: Solid experience in agile delivery, including working with tools like Jira and Confluence. Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and changing requirements.

User-Centric Design: Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies. Proven track record of designing user interfaces for complex applications. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.

Nice to Have

Exposure to AI-driven tools and technologies.

Experience with cloud environments, preferably Azure Cloud.

Familiarity with AI explainability and data analytics tools.
