Job Title: Valuer (Estate Agency)Locations: NuneatonBasic:£25,000 - OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ (uncapped)Hours: Mon-Fri9am-17:30pm +Weekends: Every other Saturday 9am-12:30pmA minimum of 1 year's experience in Valuations is required.

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Valuer, to join a long-established, well respected, award winning Estate Agent in Nuneaton.

Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include:

• Conducting valuations
• Selling Professional Photography
• Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
• Creating write-ups
• Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations

Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:

• 12+ months Estate Agency experience required
• Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
• Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
• Creating new leads
• Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals
