Valuer - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

If you are experienced in property valuations, self-motivated and have the ability to win listings, this role could be for you!

Our clients, a highly respected and successful Estate Agency in the Colchester area, are currently looking to employ a Valuer to join their team. 

The successful Valuer will be offered:

• Upto £23,000 basic 
• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
• Individual and team commission
• 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
• Company Car

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Friday  08:30 – 17:30
• Every Saturday 09:00 – 16:00
• Lieu day in week. 

Valuer requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working within property valuations 
• Proven track history of winning instructions
• Ability to work within a team, as well as, on an individual basis
• Being an ambitious and self-motivated individual 
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• A full UK driving license 

As a Valuer your role will include but not be limited to:

• Winning Instructions
• Generating Valuations
• Provide accurate market valuations based on market data
• Build relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all efforts are achieved to successfully secure a sale.
