We have a new and exciting position available with our client for an experienced Valuer to join their team in the CO5 area postcode. They are ideally looking for an individual to play a crucial role in winning business for the branch while, providing expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

The successful valuer will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• £55,000+ OTE
• Mileage expenses
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Incentives/Competitions

Working Hours:

• Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
• Every Saturday | 08:30 – 16:00
• Lieu Day

To be considered for the Valuer Role you must have:

• Experience in market appraisals
• Proven track record in winning instructions
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Driven and motivated
• The ability to build relationships and manage expectations
• Local area knowledge would be advantageous but not essential 
• Full UK Driving License
