Primarily based in Southville, the role is to carry out all Valuations within the branch including dealing directly with Vendors, keeping up to date with market trends and using comparable evidence of the current market to win Instructions.This is a role for an aspiring Senior Valuer/Branch Manager, who would like to join a company which invest heavily in their staff and ambitious individuals can progress their career within a happy and Successful Team environment.  The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous Estate Agency experience - Essential
• Self-motivated and Driven attitude
• Ability to work well within a Team and independently.  
• Able to influence, illustrate leadership qualities.
• Full UK driver’s license and car
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Deliver excellent customer care
