Valuer • Bristol • Salary 30k • OTE 45k • Independent Agency •  Our client is an award-winning independent estate agency. As a forward thinking and dynamic company they are seeking an experienced agent, who can demonstrate their track record and success so they can 'add value' to the portfolio. Primarily you will be conducting the office valuations to win new instructions and drive market share. This is a role may suit a Senior Sales Negotiator aspiring and seeking the opportunity to list property or current Valuers or Managers who would relish the autonomy to spend the majority of their day, meeting clients and creating new business opportunities.   Skills & experience for the role: 

• Self-motivated and driven
• Ability to work within a team and with autonomy
• Able to build strong client relationships.
• Be Influential 
• Demonstrate leadership qualities to drive the department 
• Full UK driver’s license and car
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Deliver excellent customer care
