Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sales and lettings.
• Generate new business by securing property listings through effective canvassing and networking.
• Provide expert advice to clients on the current property market and pricing strategies.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and marketing materials.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legislation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to achieve business objectives.
• Attend property viewings and liaise with potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from valuation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

About You:

• Proven experience in property valuation, with a strong track record of securing listings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market in Ipswich and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Full UK driving licence and use of own car for property visits.
