VAT Senior Manager - Rutherford Briant : Job Details

Are you a VAT professional, looking to join an exciting Top 10 firm in London and grow your career within the expanding team?  This Top 10 firm are going through a really strong growth phase - with fee line growth of over 10% in the last year. This has been gained through a mix of winning new clients, and through a high level of acquisitions. They're a super exciting business, with very modern offices and great transport links!  What you will do in the role:

• Overall responsibility in the team for the delivery of high quality VAT advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Supervision, training and mentoring of other members of staff.
• Being involved in business development and proposal activity.
• Ensuring all risk procedures are adhered to.

What you will need:

• Strong experience within VAT or Indirect Tax
• People management experience
• CTA or ATT Qualified

What you will get in return:

• Base salary above market average - £80,000 - £100,000
• Flexible WFH policy, roughly in the office 2 days per week
• Ability to own your portfolio and specialise/generalise as desired
