Vehicle Technician - MB of Medway : Job Details

MB of Medway is a thriving independent Mercedes-Benz, Brabus and AMG Specialist in the heart of historic Rochester. We are searching for a number of experienced technicians to help grow the company in 2025 as we continue to attract customers from all over Kent and the South-East.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing and repairs to a variety of high-end vehicles
• Perform diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults
• Work alongside other technicians to provide efficient solutions for issues
• Maintain the high standards of our business and workmanship
• Provide updates to customers on repairs and address any concerns, maintaining excellent customer service
• Liase with service manager on estimates, invoices and parts

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified (City & Guilds), BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ experience with the Mercedes-Benz, Brabus or AMG passenger vehicles
• Current and valid UK Driving Licence
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work to their own initiative
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A passion for all things cars
• Your own tools
