We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.Find more information about us on our page: Arrow ECS IEAnd watching the following videoWhat will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?The new Vendor Specialist - Citrix will join our Sales Operations Team and will be working with multiple IT vendors.Your daily work will consist of customer service (mainly by email), quoting and order management, and various back office administrative tasks.You will build and develop relationships with leading technology vendors and customers.You will assess the needs of existing and potential customers, define product needs and drive sales.You will take ownership of your business area, tracking performance, and meeting sales goals.You will define and track performance for the manufacturers' products and services.What are we looking for?

• Experience in similar positions in inside sales, customer service or sales operations is a nice to have; IT industry experience is a nice-to-have too
• Good command of Dutch and French
• Fluency in English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
• Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
• Effective communication with people at all levels
• Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.
• Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
