Visitor Centre Team Member - Pertemps Cardiff : Job Details

Pay Rate: £14.32 per hourHours of work: Part time 15 hours per weekLocation: Coed-y-BreninOur client is looking to recruit temporary Visitor Centre Staff Member starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be working at the client's visitor centres based in Coed-y-BreninAs a Team Member, you will play an important role, ensuring the smoothing running of the centre.Duties will include:

• First point of contact to visitors providing knowledge and direction.
• Cash handling.
• Assist in organising, planning and delivery of service and events.
• Ensure a high level of food hygiene and health and safety policies and procedures are adhered too
• Undertake facility checks at the visitor's centre, including food paths and car park
• Promote responsible access to the public

The successful candidate must have: -

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communications skills
• The ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for daytime shifts and weekends
