Job Title: In-Store Collateral CoordinatorLocation: LondonPosition Type: HybridSalary: £35,000 per annum (17.95 per hour)

Overview:Our client, a global beauty and cosmetics company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team asan In-Store Collateral Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring theseamless offering and ordering of in-store collateral across all regions, maintainingexisting elements, and introducing new evergreen visual merchandising (VM)concepts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills,proficiency in data management, and effective communication abilities tocollaborate with various global departments and regional teams.

Responsibilities:? Collaborate with global departments to align on the content of in-storecollateral offerings, ensuring adherence to creative guidelines.? Facilitate the setup of all product codes within the ordering system,maintaining accuracy and completeness.? Develop bulletins and guidelines outlining in-store collateral requirements,distributing them to all regions and markets.? Monitor and review order status and details, proactively addressing anydiscrepancies or issues.? Manage regional inquiries regarding in-store collateral, providing timely andaccurate support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:? Proficiency in data management and organization, with experience inmaintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy.? Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with global stakeholdersand regional teams.? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously andprioritize effectively.? Proactive problem solver with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot andresolve issues independently.? Previous experience in retail or marketing coordination preferred.
