About the Role:

As a Vocational Coach, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for apprenticeships and qualifications in Facilities Management.
  • Support and guide learners to develop both technical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback to help students progress.
  • Develop dynamic schemes of learning tailored to a range of learning styles.
  • Ensure the curriculum remains up to date with industry standards and employer needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methods.
  • Conduct workplace assessments and support learners in preparing for their End-Point Assessments (EPA).

Whether you have prior teaching experience or are an industry professional looking to transition into education, we offer training and support to help you succeed in this role.

About You:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Facilities Management.
  • Possess an assessor qualification (A1/D32, CAVA, or equivalent).
  • Teaching experience is desirable, but we welcome industry professionals looking to transition into education - training is available!
  • Experience in delivering and assessing apprenticeships, including End-Point Assessments (EPA).
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
