Role: Voice & Telecoms Support Engineer Location: Leeds (Hybrid)Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 DoE

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting technical issues across VoIP, 3CX, and connectivity solutions. The Role:As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide top-tier technical support across VoIP, networking, and mobile services. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction while escalating more complex challenges when necessary. The role is perfect for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced service desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for VoIP, 3CX, and connectivity solutions
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide prompt resolutions
  • Manage incidents and service requests through Salesforce
  • Coordinate between customers and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure SLAs are met and follow up with customers post-resolution
  • Contribute to the support knowledge base and create technical documentation

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a client-facing technical support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly with VoIP and networking
  • Knowledge of cloud telephony and networking infrastructure
  • Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills
  • Experience with 3CX systems is a plus
