What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
• Managing work schedules to ensure smooth operations, top performance, and compliance.
• Representing the company at client and resident meetings, showcasing your leadership.
• Driving success in the responsive repairs team by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Monitoring and improving service quality through inspections, KPIs, and feedback surveys.
• Optimizing material costs while ensuring all processes are followed.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in Voids, Repairs, or Disrepair, within social housing.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• SSSTS certification.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
