Voids Surveyor - Niyaa People : Job Details

I am looking for a Voids Surveyor to join a housing association in the west midlands. The Voids Surveyor is responsible for carrying out empty homes surveys. This role requires a Basic DBS. Voids Surveyor duties:

• Ensure that pre and post inspections are carried out to a high standard
• Ensure all works are carried out within target times
• To provide technical advice and support to internal and external customers
• Carry out 4-5 surveys per day

What is required for the role:

• Social Housing surveying experience
• Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislations
• Experience in a similar role
• Basic DBS
