Client Portfolio Management

·Manage 10-15 key client relationships

·Drive revenue growth through existing and new business opportunities

·Conduct regular client reviews and maintain relationships

·Act as primary point of contact within Virtual Client Team

Product Sales & Solutions

·Sell full TS product suite including:

oPayments & Cash Management

oLiquidity Management

Service & Compliance

·Ensure cross-border service excellence

·Monitor and maintain KYC standards

·Stay current with compliance/risk procedures

·Lead service improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management

·Collaborate with TS Sales teams

·Work with Relationship Management (PAM/LAM)

·Coordinate with Client Loyalty Teams (CLT)

·Engage with Operations and support departments

Candidate

• ·Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

  ·4+ years experience in TS client advisory

  ·Strong understanding of payments & cash management

  ·Fluent English and preferably one Swiss official language but not a necessity
