VP of Risk Management - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

As a key member of the leadership team you will drive risk strategy to meet financial goals and ensure that regulatory requirements are met. Intimately understanding the risk drivers of the business, you will lead and mentor a high performing team of risk professionals. Challenging decisions and contributing to the financial risk integrity of the venture as well as being hands on in an everyday supervisory capacity. As such you will have at least 10 years of executive level financial risk management experience with a track record of success of implementing risk management framework within a financial services organisation.  A knowledge of the regulatory crypto environment with Basel framework, ICAAP and ILAAP etc would be very beneficial. 

This is a diverse but exciting role working with a great group so an energy and "make it happen" attitude combined with realistic pragmatism is needed.
