VP - Real Estate M&A - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

The team provide advisory services across M&A, restructuring, debt advisory and capital markets and have coverage across all major RE asset classes. They have recently secured a number of high-quality mandates and as such, need to bolster their ranks at the senior level. 

The successful candidate needs demonstrable experience in the RE sector and a highly robust financial modelling capability. VPs will be heavily involved in pitch work with clients as well as oversight of technical due diligence provided by more junior team members. This role is for an ambitious individual who wants to take the opportunity to progress quickly in a team which is scaling and winning more and more work. 

The successful candidate will have experience either in another M&A/capital markets team, corporate finance exposure in a respected advisory firm or indeed investment experience in a fund. A combination of the above will also work well.
