VP Corporate Strategy and M&A , Global Group, London

We are now working with an expanding, highly acquisitive group. The firm is a market leader, has a global presence, and is very successful.

They are now looking to recruit a VP Corporate Strategy and M&A into their team. The role will report into the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development.

In this role you will work on:

• Working on corporate strategy for the business overall
• Assisting senior manager with key strategic projects
• Identification of new corporate development opportunities
• Working on deal execution and acquisitions
• Management of and liaison with advisors

They are interested in people who will have a background as follows:

• Strategy professionals from other firms
• Engagement Manager + professionals from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy& and OC&C 
• VP level investment bankers looking to make a move into corporate development 
• Corporate development professionals from other firms
• Investment bankers looking for a move into corporate development
• Private equity professionals
• Probably with 8– 11 years experience
