Contract: Part time & Permanent – Monday, Wednesday & Friday.12:00 to 2.00pm

Salary: £3,756.89

Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for a Warden to join work part time, 6 hours per week, at one of our sites based in Tadley

What will you be doing?

The Warden’s primary responsibility is to assist in the delivery of our property management service to the residential buildings, its residents, and buildings’ owners, overseeing the safety, security and maintenance of the communal areas.

Duties include

• Maintain, where practical contact with each resident (When on Duty). This entails visiting the Resident’s property. (If a resident does not require a visit record in the diary)
• Ensure a helpful, friendly and polite manner is upheld to all residents and visitors.
• Take appropriate action in the case of emergency until professional help arrives.
• Carry out regular checks on the individual alarm call systems, and fire alarms (once a month), and maintain record when it was carried out. In the event of a breakdown of equipment, then RMG’s customer contact centre is to be contacted immediately. Where possible the property manager should be notified.
• Maintain records of all residents, their doctors, nearest relatives and any known major ailments from which they may be suffering.
• Maintain a register of all local social welfare and emergency services.
• Maintain a diary listing all duties carried out, items reported by residents, matters referred to the contact centre and property manager and any complaints received.
• Walk the development Weekly, checking for health & safety, maintenance and security risk. If there are any problems, please report to the property manager.
