Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 18 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 11,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

Our Distribution Centre in **Hatfield **is a major picking depot, employing more than 180 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 80 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region.

Role Purpose

To complete administration tasks in the warehouse to ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete

Key Accountabilities

Performance Measures

Organise and complete product related paperwork to maintain product traceability and order reconciliation

All paperwork recorded accurately and available in an organised system

Ensure delivery receipts are accurately recorded and stored

Delivery advice notes recorded in a timely manner to enable invoicing

Update business systems to ensure that all records are maintained and picking schedules can be released and recorded

Systems kept up to date and on time

Assist the warehouse supervisory team to manage and maintain rotas and other people related paperwork (holiday requests etc)

Rotas are accurate and holidays are properly recorded

Maintain and control manual pick paperwork

Pick paperwork accurately issued and stored Decision Making Authority Activity Time Frames

Set routines with established processes * Escalation to supervisors with exceptions

Daily routine

Weekly and monthly tasks Indicative Scale and Scope

Up to one million products per week Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Demonstrates good organisation skills with high attention to detail

Experienced in administration * Has developed literacy skills

Has experienced in working with or is skilled in basic computer programmes

Ability to follow processes and to effectively escalate exceptions where necessary

Demonstrates good problem-solving skills
