About the RoleAs a Warehouse Administrator at Graham & Brown, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. You’ll work alongside our Warehouse Team Manager and the team to coordinate incoming deliveries, outgoing despatches, and maintain inventory accuracy. It’s all about getting the job done quickly and efficiently, while making sure our customers are always happy!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing incoming deliveries and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Helping coordinate outgoing despatches and ensuring orders are picked, packed, and sent out efficiently.
• Organising daily stock replenishment to ensure everything is ready for next-day deliveries.
• Working closely with the sales office to ensure customer orders are fulfilled to their exact requirements.
• Providing support to the Warehouse Team Manager and Team Leaders to meet customer expectations within SLAs.
• Planning and managing customer orders for delivery and collection.
• Responding to emails and queries from customers and internal teams in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCSE standard education.
• At least 2 years’ experience in office administration (preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to work on your initiative.
• Basic customer service experience (even better if you know a thing or two about customer portals!).
