Warehouse Coordinator - Atkinson Moss : Job Details

I am actively recruiting a full time Warehouse Coordinator to support the Warehouse Manager with both physical and admin based tasks as part of a well known marketing brand.

This opportunity is temp to perm, with the working hours of Monday to Friday 08:30am until 17:00pm

Main duties will include (but not limited to):

• Supporting the Warehouse Managing, ensuring the operations of the warehouse runs smoothly.
• Ensuring the correct kit (marketing materials/equipment) is 'picked’ from the warehouse and loaded into the correct bays ready for transport as well as returned to the correct locations.
• Responsible of the inventory system, ensuring it is up to date, has the correct information (product name, quantity, location etc) - completing regular spot checks to make sure all is where it should be.
• Managing storage records of what comes in and what goes out.
• 10% admin duties, 90% warehouse duties

Previous warehouse experience is essential as well as the following.

• The ability to work in a fast paced, bustling environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• The ability to multi-task with a 'can do' attitude
